All parents are required to complete a U School registration packet prior to a student enrolling in our school. (SEE REGISTRATION OVERVIEW BELOW) If you have not attended a Fall/Spring open house NOR submitted a completed registration packet, you must come to The U School to complete a registration packet. REGISTRATION DATES/TIMES:
Parents/guardians may come to the school during the dates/times listed above. Parents/guardians may download the U School Registration Packet (bottom right of page). Once the paperwork is completed, you may bring the packet to the main office during one of the dates/times listed above. Please read the first page of the packet to determine the appropriate required documentation to bring to the main office. |
Recently FeatureD on PBS NEWSHOURREGISTRATION FOR 2016-2017REGISTRATION OVERVIEW: When a pupil applies for admission to any school, it becomes the responsibility of the school to complete enrollment if he/she resides within the boundary lines, or in our school has been accepted/approved through the upper level transfer process.
Requested information: As a part of the District’s efforts to maintain a safe environment for students, schools may request the following: A copy of the parent/guardian’s picture identification at the time of registration. This copy will be kept on file for the purposes of verifying the identification of persons who are authorized to escort the child to and from the school. In addition, the school may ask for health or physical examination records, academic records, attendance records, Individualized Education Program, and other special education records so that the student can be placed in the appropriate grade level/classroom with the appropriate level of supports.
